Kai Mantsch
Kai has been working in independent film for more than ten years. He has spent months on remote Texas ranch land working in high winds and 100 degree heat. He has crouched for hours in tin covered, toaster-oven attics. He has waited overnight in cold fog for penguins to emerge from hiding. Rain, dust, irritable child actors and drunken rambling subjects have not deterred him, nor have busy CEOs with only moments to spare.
His current project takes him out into a dry lake bed filled with alkali dust so insidious it enters every available pore of every piece of equipment. He has custom built a number of solutions to handle these extreme conditions.
